WHAT FORMS DO I NEED TO COMPLETE?

All new and returning competitors must contact their Team Manager for entry and registration forms.
ALL FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY FRIDAY 12 MARCH, 2010 TO ENSURE REGISTRATION.

Contacts for each Regional Team Manager are available from the event organisers.

NEW COMPETITORS

All new Independence Games competitors must also get provisional classification from Paralympics New Zealand (PNZ). This is based on the competitor’s primary disability - the one that will affect them the most when competing.

RETURNING COMPETITORS

Please contact your Team Manager who will advise you on what forms are required to be completed.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

ALL FEES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 12 MARCH, 2010 TO ENSURE REGISTRATION.

Competitor’s Fee (including accommodation): $200 incl GST

Supporter’s Fee (including accommodation): $175 incl GST

Fees include:
• • Accommodation on Friday and Saturday nights
• • Welcome Dinner on Friday night
• • Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
• • A packed lunch at QEII Stadium on Saturday
• • BBQ lunch on Sunday
• • Competitor's Pack OR Supporter's Pack

NB: Accommodation is for one competitor plus one supporter maximum.

If you DO NOT need accommodation please contact the event organisers to discuss how this affects your fees.

HOW TO PAY

Payment can be made by direct credit, cheque, credit card, EFTPOS or cash.
